In group, animated by myself, session of 10 minutes, to practice a set of specific physical exercises to perform standing, to keep the spine in good shape.
Aim : Learn to take advantage of a break time to practice physical exercises in 10 minutes. These specific exercises allow you to gently work muscles and joints related to the spine. Practiced regularly they maintain the tone, maintain good support, fortify the body and remove muscle tension.
